But social media narratives don't stand up in court. Her defense attorneys have full legal discovery, subpoenaed bank records, phone logs, and digital forensics. If a single word of this conspiracy were true, her defense team would be shouting it in court to exonerate her. I believe she seen him doing it and tried to stop him or fight against him and that’s how she ended up out the window after her tried to choke her (or strangle also) in hopes she died and couldn’t tell the truth.

The man shows no emotion while on stand, he marries how many months after this happens, he’s pretty much a millionaire after all of this… meanwhile Lindseys life is on the line and I have saw her breakdown emotionally while in court. Then there’s the psychiatrist that says she wanted to put her treatment plan in her parents hands and not in her husbands, the psychiatrist said she felt there was emotional disconnect between the two. Red flags everywhere in this case. The text while gone, the f…ing kids and did she only admit to him supposedly that she did this? Nope something is not adding up.

With all the discrepancies and the case being so public I bet law enforcement is feeling like fools but they actually can’t back track and as him as a suspect now as that would be like admitting she didn’t do it and the case falls apart, you also can’t retry someone for the same crime
