i really don't get why people keep saying ei would join the tsaritsa's "rebellion" against HP or somehow "solo" those two. the chessboard trailer already says enough. if we're using that logic, then at least nahida should be included too since both her and ei's gnosis are still outside the board. and don't forget, she admitted she's still FEARFUL of what happened 500 yrs ago–not just because of Makoto's death, but because of THAT THING (Ronova). ei doesn't even know who Ronova or the shades really are. she only tried to get closer to the heavenly principles by imitating what she witnessed. zhongli, on the other hand, clearly knows who the shades are and what they're capable of, like Istaroth. so saying ei would willingly join the tsaritsa's rebellion just doesn't make sense. and seriously, if people want to praise ei, that's fine. just stop downplaying zhongli. it's honestly getting annoying.

i mean im sorry but the girl didnt do a lot for her nation, she fought orobashi who threatened her nation i think. she wento into isolation and created a puppet to guide her people. she knows her puppet was doing the vision hunt decree and was ok with it, she also abandonned scara, yes she wanted him to have freedom but imagine you create a being and u free it into the nature to care for itself i mean surely he will have lot of hardships. if you create a being just to free it then just dont. i dont know everything in her her but from what i've seen its not that glorious. meanwhile zhongli cared for his nation like crazy and still does. we still dont know shit about zhongli we just know he descended in teyvat 6000 years ago which mean he probably isnt from teyvat or some suspicious things like that. we know he is powerful since he created every mora knowing that one mora to be created u have to have the strenght of eight suns. ei isnt weak at all but zhongli would win in a fight. he has the shield, the knowledge and possibly strength ( i believe is strength is superior but that is up to debate since we dont know much but i hope he is connected to the sun god)

zhongli more useful in offering advice and issuing orders to the Yakshas and Adepti to clear away the lingering residue of the god he slew in Liyue. whereas Ei never did this, and the people of Tatarasuna perished because of the remnants of the serpent god she had killed before 😌😌😌

The problem is that Ei fans and some Mavuika fans just want to belittle Zhongli for being a man. I'm 100% sure that if Zhongli were a woman, most people would defend him more.
