ok so like... that is not a new tactic. I was doing that in 2006! we were told that employers would search "key words" so you had to put them in white text in the footer of your resume in tiny font so when they searched yours would pull up first. it's just the same tactic all over again 😂

also the fact that WorkDay application services keep a general profile on you, and will automatically DENY you from a job because you got denied from another job that uses WorkDay application services is crazy. This is also done with an AI and it’s just automated.

honestly this feels like a FAFO moment. they wanted to depend on technology to basically do part of their job for them, to the detriment of everyone else, and everyone else found a workaround. these companies need to find a solution that's not "throw out anyone that doesn't have these key words"

I was denied multiple times for a job due to the AI software, but followed up enough that the manager pulled my resume to review and I got an interview and immediately was hired. Honestly on them for finding a way around this.😂 that's awesome
