@edwinfaith_: I analyzed the Bank Marketing Dataset to uncover the factors influencing customers’ decisions to subscribe to term deposits. Using Power BI, I transformed raw data into an interactive dashboard that highlights key customer trends, campaign performance, and actionable business insights. Key Insights: 1: Analyzed over 11,000 customer records. 2: Achieved a 47.38% subscription rate. 3: Customers aged 30–39 recorded the highest subscriptions. 4: Cellular communication proved to be the most effective contact method. 5: Management, technician, and blue-collar occupations contributed the highest number of subscriptions. 6: Previous successful campaign outcomes significantly increased the likelihood of future subscriptions. Recommendations: * Focus marketing efforts on high-performing customer segments. * Increase the use of cellular communication. * Re-engage customers who previously responded positively. * Personalize campaigns for different customer groups to improve conversion rates.
