@yourpageantbuddy: It remains a mystery why Mr. Bayambang, Pangasinan, Vandave Paragas, was left out of the Top 10 at Mr. World Philippines. He has all the qualities of a titleholder and we'll probably never know what kept him from advancing. For now, perhaps this isn't a rejection but a redirection, or even a form of protection.
