By the two year mark most people’s phones are damaged, battery is done or there is something wrong with their phones, so it’s not a bad idea as long a you have a cheap phone plan.

I agree. I’ve been doing the math, and it would be the same as if we bought it cash with a trade in, but stretching out the cost. You can buy it at the end minus trade in, and lease payments.
