🧀 Crock Pot Jalapeño Popper Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
* 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* Garlic salt, black pepper, garlic powder & onion powder (to taste)
* Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb Seasoning (be generous!)
* 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 4–5 jalapeños, diced (remove seeds for less heat)
* 1 lb pasta, cooked (bowties, rotini, penne, or shells)
* 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
* ½ cup heavy cream
* 1 package Great Value Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
Directions
1. Place the chicken breasts in your crock pot and season well with the garlic salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
2. Add the cream cheese, chicken broth, and diced jalapeños.
3. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 3 hours (or LOW for 5–6 hours), until the chicken shreds easily.
4. Shred the chicken right in the crock pot and stir until the cream cheese has completely melted into the sauce.
5. Stir in the cooked pasta, heavy cream, 1½ cups of the shredded cheddar, and half of the chopped bacon.
6. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar over the top, cover, and let sit for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
7. Finish with the remaining chopped bacon and serve!
💚 Tip: Remove all the jalapeño seeds for a milder version, or leave some in if you like a little extra kick!
