Brakes feel like shi because the 06/07 Gsxr have weak master cylinder and probably needs rebuilt. They recalled them when they were new

when brakes still feel like shift after a bleed I would investigate the master cylinder take it apart check if the springs are worn and then buy a new master cylinder rebuild kit usually fixes the issue
