Kamil Lesiak faced Liverpool Crown Court after being found guilty of rape, false imprisonment, assault ABH, and non-consensual sexual activity. Jurors heard Lesiak and co-defendants Daniel Misiolek, Awna Baszak, and Dagmara Szary abducted a man from Bootle to a flat in Netherton. Over nine hours, the victim was beaten with a bat, locked in a cupboard, urinated on, and sexually abused while being filmed. The judge handed Lesiak an 18-year prison term for his extensive involvement in the offences.
