I wish as nurses we were able to walk out because then we would’ve gotten what we wanted in one second but instead we had arbitrators agreed to something that we have already disagreed upon. Nurses are abused.

to this day I still find it quite ridiculous that some airlines really think they are the exception to the rules when it comes to pay their employees for the hours they work for. like wdym airlines only can get away with free labour? for what reason? 😂
