and some people can’t see how much Crepus’s death affected Varka too😭 Before Crepus died, he was never the kind of person who wrote letters, but afterward he kept writing to Diluc, and he was grieving so deeply it felt almost like he had lost his wife. And it hurts that the person responsible for what happened killed himself in front of Varka just to humiliate him. but it means a lot to me that Diluc never hated Varka for not being there to save his father... He always respected him, and he still does. :(((( It’s not surprising that the moment he realized he could change his fate, he immediately threw himself into a mission where he knew he might die.
