The Samoan delegation from the southern hemisphere, specifically in New Zealand, would like to piggy back on the request of our American Samoan brethren and ask that, we too, can say “hey young blood”. We agree that our black brothers and sisters may say “my uce” but we humbly request that u change “uce” to the actually word for brother which is “uso”.
