Singani is made out of Grapes, almost similar to tequila. But tequila is made out of cactus or agave I don't know much of the difference.

Both are traditional La Paz hot drinks and often enjoyed during festivals & celebrations. The first is called Sucumbé, made with hot milk & cinammon. The second one is named "Té con té". You should also try "Chuflay". Cheers! 🍻

That's "sucumbe" a cocktel with cinnamon and milk. 90% milk, 10% singani. And the other beverage is called "té con té" 85% tea, 15% singani. You should try pure singani or "chuflay". 85% soda, 15% singani and lemon.
