roto rooter is HORRIBLE. They “fixed” a backed up plumbing line only to cause the pipe under my house to bust, needing to be completely redone. I’m STILLLLLL paying on the loan we had to take out to fix it, 5 years later 😵💫

My husband is a 3rd year plumbing apprentice and has said to never use them! They are very shady and not run well.

Roto rooter came to dig and assist in our basement flood. Fantastic. They also then cut the cable wires to our house 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

They came out for us for a water leak and we found mold and then they had humidifiers and fans in my house for 4 weeks. Skyrocketed my electric bill and then tried to charge me 15k even though they said insurance would pay for stuff. Then we didn’t have things figured out with insurance yet and they then said they were gonna put a lean on our house. They are awful. They also told us the work on commission so the more they charge the more they get 😑

they're horrible, the dude tried to put his butchering of my shower head back on me, we complained, they sent out a senior plumber and gave us a full refund. literally awful
