It makes sense bc honey is an anti-inflammatory & some peoples infertility is caused by inflammation. A lot of us are walking around inflamed without even knowing it.

The inflammation thing is so real, I did the keto diet where you eat no sugar and almost no carbs and I not only lost weight and was less inflamed but got pregnant after years of not using birth control. Never tried the honey thing!

Thanks for this! Happy some people’s grandparents are helpful in this way. My Grandma just reminds me that she never had a problem getting pregnant and that I need to just try harder. Therefore, no longer discussing anything fertility wise with her.
