If Wendy’s is an option, I always do that instead because the cup is plastic😳

I bought a pack of 30 hard plastic straws on Amazon as soon as we switched to paper and I keep some in my car, at work, in my purse, at the cottage! I will not use a paper straw!

They give you an iced coffee in plastic cup? Do the same for the pop! The paper straws are horrible for you apparently

As a Canadian who visits the states, we take souvenir straws when we visit so we can enjoy them in Canada!

Ok have you noticed they put the other cold drinks in the plastic sippy cups. I wonder if you ordered a Diet Coke and asked them to put it in a plastic cup if they would?! I’m going to try it next time!!! I’ll report back 😂

I thoroughly enjoy my daily US McDonalds Diet Coke (sorry 😂) in a plastic cup. We do at least recycle them.

I’ll tell you though …what I don’t miss in the US ….US McCafé coffee is terrible. It is nothing like ours up here in Canada 🇨🇦 and I had to learn that lesson the hard way …dying for a coffee in the morning …fresh off a flight headed straight to the McDonald’s counter… had to throw the whole thing out! Their Mccafé coffee is the worst! 🤮

If it makes you feel better their coffee is absolutely disgusting. I buy plastic straws when in 🇺🇸 & keep them in my glove box.
