Let’s be so real right now, this card isn’t that strong. Most of the good angels are mono white already and you can only run white instants/sorceries/enchantments anyway so what is this doing that any other run of the mill mono white angel deck isn’t with little variance? This rule breaker mechanic is looking more like ragebait for people who can’t read the card.

Nah honestly, after I saw this I went and looked at all the other colored angels and ya know? Not really worth it. Most of the good options are already mono-white, and there are other commanders for Angels that will give you more value than this. Most of the Boros angels or the Orzhov angels don't really fit in with what most of the other angels do. Not to mention you can only use white support behind those cards when most of them want their respective colors to back them up— so all in all I'd say this isn't as good as it looks at first glance. Just stick to mono-white if you wanna play angels and use a commander that's gonna give you more value.
