How much time does a country that went $3.8 trillion more in debt in a year and a half and its stock market is kept alive by seven companies passing around the same paper billion dollar investment between each other?

Way way off topic but do you see any flaws in Trump accounts? After you max out a college fund ofc. Next 5k in Trump account then convert to Roth when kid turns 18. Its Trump so Im looking for the bad parts but it seems like its ok?

Friends? 😂 The US was definitely concerned Japan selling treasuries would like you say, negatively affect the bond market which is already under pressure as inflation fears persist. Will the yen hold its gains? Dont see it until interest rates between the U.S. and Japan narrow.

Given its military footprint on Japan since WWII as well as the enormity of western institutional finance activity with the BoJ / Yen Carry Trade, with its proximity to China (and it’s turning away from the EU) I expect the US to get far more involved with Japan. It’s already happening in the Philippines
