1. I do not believe it jumped this much in only 3-4 years. My biggest tinfoil hat theory is it’s BEEN this advanced for YEARS maybe DECADES. But they controlled the roll out and they’re trying to make it seem like it’s super impressive how far it’s come so fast. 2. It is STILL obvious. It will always be in the uncanny valley to me. The only time I ever feel like I could be fooled is if the lighting is more in shadow so you can’t see the cracks as much

You know, I wish AI sorta just fizzled out when it was creating dementia recall type images. There is no need for it to have ever gone this far. I don't think this kind of thing is worth the resources it's using.
