Is this a safe space to share? I used hot compresses constantly, benzoyl peroxide BEFORE hibiclens ‼️my seem said I can become antibacterial resistant otherwise. Clindamycin topical all paired with low glycemic, low sugar, no dairy and my flare up went from the worst it had ever been about the size of half an iPhone to completely gone!! I’m saving this video though bc I’m worried I got lucky with this one 😭
