@craiggroeschel: For years, Amy and I have prayed together before I preach. She asks God to give me the words to say, to prepare hearts, and to use the message however He wants. Recently, we started a new tradition. After the message, we pray together again. But instead of asking God to do something, we simply thank Him for what He has already done. We thank Him for every person who came to church. Every heart He touched. Every person who said yes to Jesus. Every story of life change. And all the ways He is working that we may never see. There's no one I'd rather share these moments with than #mybride. For more than three decades, we've had a front-row seat to the faithfulness of God. I never want to take that for granted.
