If you need help you will have to name the insurance company. And what you saying now is your opinion get legal advice, I still say lawyers can challenge why they put 20km/h while our SA law says 30km/h is breaking the law. There’s other things such as the opposite lane, roadworthy of bus if it was obtained, speed of bus, overtaking speed if you limited to 20km/h, etc etc, you can get from lawyers which I don’t know , legal advice would help since it’s long due. Listen to comments because your insurance didn’t protect you but it’s kind of you to protect them. We have courts to even dispute a signed contract. That’s how people who ran into problems with we buy cars were assisted by courts despite signing a contract written by them with wrong clause that are supposed to be for housing not vehicle sales.
