Genuine question - why not just empty the bottles in the toilet? 🤔 not an ideal solution, i guess but at least you dont need to drag them down 3 stories and also dont need a dumpster for them?

Thank you so much for naming it as shame. This individual was beyond feeling mortified. We need to hold compassion for individuals with addiction and/or mental health issues when they feel hiding is the more tolerable solution ❤️
