Make her famous! A few weeks ago, the same delivery driver threw a package(gift) marked FRAGILE onto my porch and broke it. I reported the incident to GOFO and had to have a replacement sent. Today, the replacement package arrived. Delivered by the same driver. And she threw that one too. The replacement for the package she already broke was handled the exact same way. I understand accidents happen. Once can be a mistake. But when the exact same driver damages the replacement package after a complaint has already been filed, that's no longer an accident—it's a lack of care and accountability. Customers shouldn't have to worry whether their packages will survive the delivery process. If an item is marked fragile, it should be placed on the porch, not tossed from several feet away. GOFO was notified after the first incident, yet here we are again. Video evidence attached.
