Definitely did NOT know who I was speaking to… 🙉😳 I simply walked up to this beautiful lady at a festival in Idanre, Ondo State because her outfit and especially her colorful necklace immediately caught my attention. She told me she bought the necklace in Ekiti State for 150,000 naira ($110 USD) and while we were talking I told her she was one of the most beautifully dressed women at the festival. That’s when she casually dropped: “I’m a chief.” 👑 Well… that explains the presence! 😂 What started with me complimenting a necklace turned into such a wholesome little moment. “I love Nigeria.” “I love you too.” 🇳🇬❤️ These spontaneous interactions are exactly what make traveling through Nigeria so special. 🫶🏼 ❤️🇳🇬 #nigerian #people
