I get attacked when I sleep in The dark, so thank you, even if na little light I must have it on. If the lamp by my bedsides goes off due to power outage, I will wake up immediately.

Once I’m in darkness, the Trauma of when I had accident always comes back. I use to fell like I’m Dead and darkness is all I can see. Therefore, No Light=No Sleep👌
