I can do you one better, found out our shower was flooding so bad underneath the floors and we also had roaches. All on day one of move in.

I mean your renters insurance SHOULD have it covered + it’s a violation of lease so you shouldn’t have to pay to cancel lease so just contact insurance & leave lol
