My father passed on and had title land and now am the family administrator, I have one issue he offered part of the land to the church but later be4 he died, he sold very part of the land to some pple, now as the administrator the church has come to me wanting to develop there land but he already sold of it, the church has the doc of the land offere and those who bought the land have not yet registered with lands yet. Am in the side of the church coz Am also a Christian in this very church and the development is big, the developers are ready to compansate those buyers. Pliz your advice for me.

all what counsel is saying is true, in the same voice I would add that a land sale agreement creates an equitable or unregistered interest in the land and where payments are made before transfer it can work as evidence for compensation for the money had and received by the seller or fraud claims . having it witnessed by the right individuals gives it an evidencial value where contention arises . most obliged.
