Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - ✰ 2 low carb burger buns - garlic butter: 1 tbsp low fat butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, parsley ✰ 8 oz chicken breast (cut into 2 strips) ✰ spices (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper) ✰ 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt ✰ 3/4 cup corn flakes ✰ 1 cup lettuce ✰ Caesar dressing (1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1-2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp anchovy paste, 1 tbsp Parmesan, salt&pepper) 1. Preheat air fryer to 400F and a pan to med. 2. Combine chicken, yogurt and spices well. 3. Crush corn flakes and coat chicken then air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until internal temp is 165F. 4. Brush bread with garlic butter, place face down on pan and smash, flip when it becomes golden, then toast until crispy. 5. Combine dressing ingredients and add to washed lettuce and combine. 6. Assemble sandwich: bun, chicken patty, salad, and patty. 7.
