No he didn’t show us he sold his soul, it’s a different version of him showing us what would happen when sb wants something so badly and what would happen if we made the wrong decision because how badly we want it. In this case he showing it from his pov because he is a “rapper” and rappers want contracts, and what comes with contracts ? “Money” but rappers want contracts/money so bad they are willing to do “anything” so the devil makes a deal in the “shape” of a the contract he really wants and key doesn’t see the path of sin and turning of god coming because he so distracted of that “contract”. Remember the devil doesn’t come on horns and a pitch fork, he comes in thing people desperately want like materialistic things. He is the father of sin so he has and knows every trick in the book so we can go straight to hell with him. But there is one way out and that is Jesus Christ and reading that bible, so he can help you overcome sin and see the signs of the devil trying to get you.
