@adam.goodyer: Comment LOCAL and I'll send you the local setup sheet plus the one clip test. minimax just made its video model free to download and it runs on a gaming PC. the open weights for MiniMax H3 went public this morning, native 2K video at 24fps and free to use. it wanted about 123.6GB of graphics memory, more than most people's whole computer. then the ComfyUI team stripped about 40% of it out and got that down to 42.5GB, which fits an RTX 3060. free and open isn't the same as easy though, the default settings will still crash you. comment LOCAL and I'll send the build settings plus the one clip test that tells you in a minute if your card can hold it. #minimax #comfyui #aivideo #openweights #ai
