Beat the eggs, add the seasonings, and whisk using a cutting motion to break up the egg whites. 2. Grease a pan and heat over medium heat, spreading the oil evenly with a paper towel. 3. Pour in 1/3 of the egg mixture and spread it evenly across the pan. 4. When the egg begins to set, roll it from the back of the pan toward the front. 5. Move the rolled egg to back, re-grease the pan, and add 1/3 more egg. 6. Lift the rolled egg slightly to allow the new egg mixture to flow underneath. 7. Roll again and repeat for the remaining egg. 8. Let the rolled egg cool slightly. 9.
