The reason the kiddy silly repetitive songs that would be considered mid-tier are the most stereotyped Beatles tracks is because they are the easiest to play on the radio without the network facing any controversy. Just look at how acclaimed A Day In The Life was despite getting banned for many years. It's so frustrating when people's perception of art gets shattered like this because of commercialism.

The closest you will ever come to understanding how brain shattering Tomorrow Never Knows was, is to watch 5 and a half seasons of Mad Men. Marinating in that time period for that long, then hearing The Beatles played within the show, you get close to understanding it. If you’re a real Beatles fan, it’s worth all those hours (also the show rips)
