This all happened because of Trump rushing the job as always and blaming everyone else. This would be more or less to set up a company to possibly be sued for bad install even though Trump may have been informed of the timeframe but just did not agree with it or glue setting, etc.. This is Trump’s fault and it should be the people versus Trump in court.

To me it’s worse than that. It’s straight defamation what Pirro did. I saw the video of his interactions with park rangers and police. Other than confusion he was nothing but polite and respectful. Pirro, painted him as a criminal who was fighting with police.

So he damaged a piece of the liner that was already damaged. I think there’s an argument that this constitutes vandalism. Albeit a weak one. How the original damage occurred is not necessarily relevant.
