I would only recommend avoiding sulfates and silicones if you have curly or textured hair but if u have straight hair I don’t see why not

My nana had Pantene and Garnier and I remember being so mad bc I thought it was gonna ruin my hair and I was trying to grow it back out. That was the softest and most hydrated my hair felt and it grew pretty well over the summer
