As the gluten tester in my relationship I thought I was tricked the other day. Perfect bite, flavor, chewiness, and then the aftertaste came and I knew it was GF. But they’re getting better!

The only bread I can stand is the Franz sourdough in the green package- Little on the moister side, but actually feels, tastes like, and holds up like bread !

I had this the other day. I was given crackers by a relative who had been told they were gluten free. Got my boyfriend to try them and he said “they taste too good to be gf”

I had some of best gluten free bread in Malta on Gozo island in a place called cup cake 😍, best bread I’ve tasted. I was a tester for my sister and even I couldn’t tell, even thought they may have got mine and hers mixed up

I have had one extremely good gluten free bread, make by a gluten free chef who had a Michelin Star. Had to be told it was gluten free! To be fair, all the food was gf and I don’t have celiacs or any other gluten issues, so I don’t normally go for it
