Love my electric heating pad. Also I purchased some cbd cream which helps and some cbd tampons. It doesn’t get rid of the pain but it does help it xx

even after excision surgery and a total hysterectomy I deal with cramping, I think a lot of our endo pain actually comes from how much endo affects our bowels and bladders. I also get leg pain too! stretching helps with some of the pain so a decently cushioned yoga mat is a great thing to have too and theyre usually cheap. I use a foam pad for camping for stretching because its 3 times as thick as a yoga mat so it gives my body more cushioning when stretching

Being dehydrated also apparently makes endo pain worse, so a v good idea on electrolytes especially during the summer
