You need to try the pubs in east or south London the ones with the flags outside also the idea that black people weren't welcome in pubs comes from the 1950s and 1960s, when many landlords would display discriminatory signs such as no blacks, no dogs, no Irish. Although those practices are long gone and society has become much more diverse that perception has lingered for many years
