Things fall apart :
it is a big lie and I am a lawyer. Section 13 of the Tenancy law of Lagos state clearly states that a yearly tenant is entitled to 6 months notice and it doesn't matter if the tenant has paid or not. The tenant becomes a statutory tenant. I have gone on appeal on that and won
