So when people ask if my kids will take it over, my honest answer is: I don’t need them to take over the company. I need them to find their version of this.

But waking up every day passionate about something in my opinion is far more valuable! Even if it doesn’t make you financially secure. The grind, struggle, battles, growth, and grit are what life’s all about. Not the finish line.
