I don’t understand how the lucky charm is “the key element” to defeat the villain when in many episodes it isn’t. For example the parachute from Stoneheart’s second defeat wasn’t meant to help defeat the villain it was meant to help Ladybug save Mylène. Or what about Bubbler there was two lucky charm’s and the first (a record) was a distraction at best. Yes for the most part the lucky charm does play a role in defeating the villain but not always.
