Active duty here. I was excited until I looked into it, it only goes toward the most senior enlisteds in each branch. i.e. the ones that already make $200k a year or more. Us lower enlisted guys get nothing.

I don’t understand why everybody is jumping for joy. I literally just did a deep dive on this. There’s no money or pay increase. It’s literally gonna be a focus group. “trying to better, military spouses and military families lives“. Nothing has been established and nothing has been promised.
