She is going to get away with it. they cant use any of this video footage in court. shes been free to graduate, go to prom with the boyfriend (dad of the baby).... thats just all from local news I've read recently.

so they new she was pregnant took her to the hospital where they new tests would show she was. went into labor and threw the baby in the trash with hopes no one would know....hummm.This was done by a panicked girl, who didn't get the baby help if it wasn't breathing. no real thought was put into this. It was wrong but proving intent to kill may be hard

They way THEY BOTH called the baby an “it” Absolutely enraging. The way she scolds her as if she broke curfew. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and Lexi calling the poor baby “nothing”

Artesia NM she was in prison now she is getting released bc they couldn't use the video about her throwing the baby in the trash they said the video is unveiled so she will be released at the time she supposedly didn't know she was pregnant neither did her parents or her boyfriend

and the fact that she was at the hospital, like all you have to do is tell them you dont want it and they will take it no questions asked. like this was so sad and I hope her and her family get their karma. you cant tell me the mom didn't know those cheer ok picture of her pregnant, YOU CAN TELL SHE WAS PREGNANT IF YOU HAVE BEEN PREGNANT YOURSELF.
