As a mom of 2 who also LOVES crock pot season, my advice for you is Crockpot Liners!! They are my favorite thing!! As soon as you’re done, you just throw it away! No mess to clean up, and you’ll have more time with your precious baby, instead of scrubbing a crockpot lol ❤️

I’ve been making this for years. Literally a favorite. Serve it on tostadas with lettuce or you can put it over rice. So delicious. I almost make it for on top of nachos sometimes too

We make this with black beans. It’s a bummer Jackson doesn’t like beans. We always try using a new salsa everytime. So far our favorite has been with a mango salsa. On day one we eat over rice and day two we make burritos with the leftovers.
