This has nothing with being wicked or kind. The lady was simply being human. What she displayed is what most humans do without knowing everyday. Her crime is voicing out and possibly how she said it. A senior person in the organization should coach her and possibly walk her through being emotionally intelligent.

I don’t like when people just narrate a one sided story, the first question should be that is the security man part of the contribution for each member’s if the staffs? If no then it’s not obligatory for every staff to contribute money for him but the company can decide to persuade the staffs to extend the courtesy to him, while doing so it’s not right to judge who decides to express their opinion.
