I never play dumb. All I do is understand when to speak and when not to speak. A lot of times we talk more than we should be listening. DISCERNMENT + KNOWLEDGE = WISDOM

my go to move is never to offer an opinion until it's requested. there are times when I must speak bc of morals and ethics, but legit that's like 2/3 times in 10 years of executive level meetings. mostly I wait. if my boss isn't interested in what I have to say I'm not invested enough to say it.
