@stalkers.canada: Reginald Cuff of Toronto, Ontario, was arrested by the Toronto Police Service in connection with a suspected hate-motivated harassment investigation. The incident occurred on July 19, 2026. Police allege Cuff approached a stranger in an unprovoked encounter and repeatedly made anti-Muslim comments. When the victim attempted to leave, he allegedly followed them while continuing to make threats. Fearing for their safety, the victim flagged down a passing police officer. Investigators say Cuff refused to identify himself after being arrested and also threatened the responding officers with violence.
