my LEAST favorite is in the middle of a relaxing eyes closed video and someone BANGS two GLASS water globes together. immediately wakes me up and makes my teeth hurt. idk how anyone finds that relaxing. it's so LOUD

not a trigger but asymmetry, like the movement needs to be even on both sides. if you comb my hair 3 times on one side, it needs to be 3 times on the other too. if you bring a light in from the left, you need to bring it in from the right too. maybe not directly afterwards. but it needs to be evened out at some point.
