Once I stopped “earning” food by working out or “cheating” I actually started to have a healthier body (and mind) by just eating what I wanted and what was going to fuel me. My shortbread latte isn’t going to magically make me fatter, just like a kale salad won’t magically make me skinny.

YES! No “restrictive” thinking. It becomes “forbidden fruit.” Choose from healthy options. If not the healthiest.. moderation, good ingredients, etc. Live life and make good choices that align with you and make your body feel good

I was eating 5 times a day but very small portions and was always bloated, feeling ill and nauseus during my workout and with a chronic headache. Everyone told me I needed to eat more, mainly cause I’m a tall girl that was eating like a 5’0 girl. Started eating big meals about 2 weeks ago and instantly I debloated soooo much that my muscles, which I didn’t even know existed started showing. Now I still eat 5 times a day but WAY bigger portions and feel snatched, strong and never had that headache again.
