I HATEEE when people say she just chose Edward because she wanted to be immortal and that’s it. She wanted to be immortal BECAUSE OF EDWARD her love for him was so strong she wanted to spend an eternity with him, plus she didn’t want to age because she was worried he wouldn’t like her when she was older. Not to mention in the first movie she says “I’d never given much thought to how I would die” she never cared to die till she met Edward. It was always going to be Edward no matter what
